That is as much talking about Honda's Fireblade SP C-ABS system as it is about Ron's undoubtable skill - its a really, really clever piece of kit. Probably the best ABS system yet made...

Haven't found anything for the 2014 C-ABS yet, but this is about the old system that isn't quite as good, but it does cover the fundamentals: http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/news/auto-blo...

True, the predecessor to the road system is the system that they used on the 2012 WEC Fireblade.

Yep, and that ABS system is so good you need to be WSB/MotoGP level of ability to outbrake it on a dry track, and its been improved for the SP.

Trail braking is surely the act of braking up to the apex, but with reducing pressure, ie trailing off the brakes.

That's certainly what it was in cars!
