Really. Caught my own bar ends plenty of times walking through the garage. One of those spikey bits of crap would be a bit sore on the rib cage ZesPak said:

When my R1 got stolen I gave up trying to do a like-for-like replacement of the bike and bought something else instead - every single one of them had been ruined.

Because people join Facebook owners clubs where it seems the more tat you add to your bike, the more man-love you'll receive. I'm a member of the Blackbird Facebook group - some of the crap those guys stick to their bikes is laughable. But dare post a negative comment and you risk getting banned There are some odd people out there!

How did you get the bar ends off after all of this?
Took a grinder to the ends and then could see inside, thy were threaded but just very well threaded and glued and glued and glued, bit of heat from a heat gun and hey presto, ste removed. And now my girlfriends prefers it. Good job, or id of found a replacement for her too!Gassing Station | Biker Banter | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
