I tell you what FWD.

I didn't go with the intention of getting my knee down. But the progress I made from my first session to the last was ridiculous. Didn't quite get my knee down but I certainly got close.

Gonna do the big boys course next time

I did it with my two son's, it rained halfway through and the youngest high sided it, he was ok. I found it a really enjoyable experience, although having the 1.0L nutters flying past you in the wet made me realise how old I am. If you listen and put into practice what they tell you you do seem to go a hell of a lot quicker, and smoother for that matter.

I also did a Mick Extance event in mid Wales, now that was fun, both boys did that as well, neither had ridden before, I was almost sick with laughter, it really hurt!

I really enjoyed the Premier course. I definitely want do the Elite at some stage, though not sure if they'll let my brother back on after he binned one of their CBR600s
