When was the last time the 2nd PBM rider got good results?
Rumour mill at Thruxton today says M Laverty will be drafted in to play tail gunner on a third PBM bike for showdown rounds that dont clash with MotoGP...Surely camier would be a better bet or look at lowes now wsbk are finishing early.
Or sofologlu , fk me he'd be great in bsb, he's already said in a interview he's not interested in wsbk/gp as there are to many rider aids.

Umm, Laverty has a PBM contract.Surely camier would be a better bet or look at lowes now wsbk are finishing early.

Sofuoglu??
That WOULD be a recipe for carnage :
Well done to Kiyo & 2 good rides for Pete Hickman on a bike & Team that is still a bit fresh for him.
Come on Oulton & Cadwell. This series is beginning to come alive again down to Kiyo & Brookes giving Shakey a "bit of bother"
Oulton, Kiyo likes Oulton. and lets not forget he likes Cadwell on a bike he can ride.... That WOULD be a recipe for carnage :

This is starting to look like it's going to be a cracking fight at the end of the season.
I hope we have a last race thriller again.
At the moment, a strong three-way battle looks likely. Byrne seems a bit worried - might be just this meeting, but Kiyo and Brookes seem to have pace aplenty. It looks like it will be tight for Ellison making the showdown. He needs to race at Cadwell, gain points, and probably while still recovering.I hope we have a last race thriller again.

However you want to bring in your 3rd rider to finish above brookes and kiyo not to just fight it out in midfield, to ask a rider who's spent the last few years riding gp bikes with the computer aids to come back to bsb and be up the sharp end without those same rider aids is quite a ask.

Riders say you can't just bomb into a corner slam the brakes on then hard accelerate out on the yam like you can with the kawasaki so i guess a super fast flowy course like say thruxton/silverstone/donnigton would suit it, whatever with kiyo seeming to be up for the fight the showdown is looking quite promising.

He's been testing with them though this year. So he's not unfamiliar with the bike.
Earlier this year.
Bingo.Earlier this year.
Anyone questioning PBM's methods ref laverty need their head testing, a world classrider familiar with the team and the bike who alo is basically auditioning for a contract in 2015....especially given Aprilia have bught the PBM motogp slot....

If he's not able to knock brookes/kiyo off the podium then he's not actually doing anything is he?

Also on the PBM thing. Jack Burnicle said that PBM had supplied one of their own swing arms to Keith Farmer who had said that the one they were using to date was too stiff.
Earlier in the year Paul Bird had been quoted as saying that he would no longer make PBM stuff available for supply to other teams. So now it looks like they are circling the wagons to help Shakey win the title. If they can get lesser riders like Linfoot and Farmer mixing it up amongst the other title contenders and then supplement this with Laverty at the triple headers, then perhaps that will give them an advantage ?

He's just one more rider for Kiyo to pass on the way...

His grid interview yesterday, that's the most i've ever seen him say. He's just one more rider for Kiyo to pass on the way...
:
He said post race the bike was fine and there were places he could of overtaken shakey but he was scared, i wonder if he's holding back until the showdown then he's going to pull the pin?

Beats me what's going on with bridewell, last year he just got better and better the more often he changed bikes, this year i really thought he'd be fighting with brookes based on him finally having some consistency riding for the same team on same bike but it's not working.
Don't be so harsh on Tommy.I think he's doing what he's paid to do. He's the No 2 rider in the team, and without the couple of technical DNF's he'd be sitting comfortably in the top 6.
The championship starts again with 3 rounds to go (as we all know) so why risk your balls until then!
Brooksie is a very very good rider, and a tough team mate for anyone....
