Hi guys,

Just a quickie - I've listed my bike here, Gumtree, local bike group on Facebook, relevant UK owner's forum, BCF and Welshbikers; all of which are appropriate and free wink

If I'm going to pay for an ad, I want, obviously, the most views and least overlap (in the case of using more than one - multiple answers allowed on the poll) - so, where are you (window) shopping these days?

TIA

Slightly outside the rules but I'd actually suggest Pistonheads is increasingly becoming a good place to sell a bike - and free!

Sold loads of cars and bikes through ebay classifieds, same huge exposure but without the auction hassle and dealing with dreamers without the ability to pay...

A mate sold his bike within a week only advertised on MCN last months...

eBay is my favourite place to look for stuff, so I vote that. Amazing that I get to actually type what I would like to search for rather than fill in a bunch of drop down boxes that ultimately limit my search.

Me.

eBay is the best by a mile for most things though. The amount of exposure, text space, and image number and quality can't really be beat.

Massive number of aholes however.

Thats always been the case I think, ive always sold my bikes (and cars) on Pistonheads very quickly, never had to use anywhere else.

Ive always found we have a affluent & knowlegable pool of buyers here.

Hurry up and buy it then! wink

Ebay just decided to lock me out of selling for 24 hours due to "trying to contact me too many times" after one "we are experiencing technical difficulties" message mad
