eBay prices are all over the place (completed listings) - some went for £60, others £137 all in the past month so split the difference if you like minus £10 PH discount.

Got it and replied.
Not sure what the pink carnation was all about - I assumed you'd be happy with Royal Mail...
who the fk uses Royal Mail these days, I use hermes or similar, they come to your house, pick it up then ship it all for like a sky diver. With Royal Mail you have to go to the post office, park up, sit in a pissing queue full of pensioners just there for a chat about nothing, after you have lost the will to live you're seen then you have to haul your ass all the way home. Not sure what the pink carnation was all about - I assumed you'd be happy with Royal Mail...
I once sent a alloy wheel and tyre for £7 to England, I have no idea how they make money from it.
Yep, that all makes perfect sense.
That is, until you've experienced wasting a full day waiting for Parcel Monkey, Lynx, DHL, Hermes etc etc to pick up parcels within an agreed 2 hour window - 10 hours later, if you're lucky you get a text saying "sorry, be there tomorrow."
Post office - £5 more, 10 minute drive and it's all done
Anyway, give me an address - there's a box full of diamond waiting an address label

DO NOT leave them switched on when not on the tyre. Mate has destroyed 3 sets like that. Otherwise, just let them take upto an hour to heat the full carcass and check the wheel is warm and you're set.
Finally, whilst you may go out on warm tyres, if you aren't cornering so fast the tyres will cool down and you're back to square one.
Warmers off and get on it from the pit lane exit
Enjoy

I've got some Diamond ones and they're brilliant. I'm in year 2 of using them.
I've also got some HWW ones that have burned through the inner fabric in 3 years of use. Refurbed they'll be excellent again I just haven't bothered. I am a bit pissed off that they burned through in the first place though.

Dont ever just screw them up when hot, lay them out on floor fully unrolled when still hot, if you roll them up or fold them when hot they will be fooked.
dont ever trust the lights to tell you they are working, always check the tyres themselves.

Also, leave them stretched out between paddock stands when out on track - I've seen a few pairs trampled on and ridden over when they're just strewn over the garage when the rider is desperate to get out and save 30 seconds of track time...

Thanks legzr1
I turned them on, my God they heat up fast, much better than my electric blanket.
You're welcome.I turned them on, my God they heat up fast, much better than my electric blanket.
If I ever fancy doing track days properly in the future these are the warmers I'll be buying.
I'd forgotten how quickly they get hot to the touch - that was until I tested them before sending them to you.
That's all Ill say for now (the blister is healing nicely... )
Chatting away to Dennis Hobbs at knockhill in the pits, (check out me with a name drop) and all of a sudden he runs to the right of me.
Smoke billowing everywhere, some tt had left the warmers plugged in and wrapped them up as tight as he could.
The rear was saved, well it might be, but the front was fked.
Turns out the guy was borrowing them off a mate.

Easily done though in the rush to get out on a session
