Been using Capit(the same set) for 6 years now without a single issue. Excellent warmers. Can't comment on any other brands though.

there is a set of racetechs going for £60 used, is it advisable to not buy used with these?

Stuff like Chicken Hawk are top quality.

I have Biketek which are fine.

Go for elasticated ones rather than draw cord and REMEMBER TO TURN THEM OFF after taking them off.

I've not bought used, but have acquired them as a package. If they work, what's to lose?

Racetechs are okay for starters, but if I was going down the 2nd hand route I would look for diamond mainly because they have a good refurb service if needed

I DONT WANT TO BUY CHEAP THIS TIME.

I want to buy something that will be hassle free, no cold spots, last and perform well.

+1

I had nothing but trouble with Holroyd - went through 2 fronts and two rears in a year (only 7 track days...) - to be fair, they were a duff shipment but it's not a nice feeling sitting in the pits wondering if they're working.

Got a pair of diamonds - they just work and if they ever stop working Diamond offer top-notch service.

I'm done with track days/warmers/thinking I'm going to get spotted and be on the BSB grid in a week so I've got a pair here if you're interested - used at most ten times, a little chain lube on the rear warmer from chain rub when fitting and they come with a nice Holroyd canvas bag wink

Gis a shout if interested - £10 less than going rate + reasonable P&P.

Holroyd here too, 2 seasons race use and another td use, been soaking wet, accidentally left on and generally treated like st, but still 100% immaculate.
