Wtf is a 'barm'? Sounds like some kind of small northern orphan.
It's northern for bun or bap, i.e. a round lump of bread cut in half and the various fried bits sandwiched in the middle.
Exactly. Chip barms were a key part of my diet while growing up.

Well if one's going to offer criticism, at least have the courtesy to format and spell it correctly.

Not exactly. They appeared distracted though....something about illiterate wkers moaning about the food, badly, something along the lines of "I dun a burga there and it wus st so they's of better get they're st up early".
They weren't sure whether to laugh or cry.

Well it's not very inclusive to use words that most of us don't understand, is it? Please refrain from doing so in future, pet.

How do you think we feel when we turn up at a Cockernee chippy to be greeted with jellied eels, cockles amd mussels, bubble & squeak amd saveloys amd no mushy peas? I needed counselling for months after my first (amd only) visit to one

That's northern and we're keeping it. You lot will probably want chorizo anyway, as you're somclose to Spain.

you always react like this, Jazoli. Are you really saying it's OK for BBers to look thick because we're bikers? We should lower ourselves to meet peoples' expectations? If not, what's your problem? You haven't lost the capacity to learn, nobody on here has. The rules are simple and available to all. Following them gives others a far better impression of you than railing obtusely against them.

PS. 'have' rather than 'of' is not spelling.
