Five figure build cost and it's still inferior in every way to a £1,000 Honda CBR.

What a fking waste of time.
It runs a 13 second quarter mile so is pretty quick for a scooter as has a Shiny Red 183 tuned engine

Was built to win shows and it does attention to detail is incredible

Owner also has a BMWS1000RR and an Evo 9 360 just really likes his scooters!
So still slower than my 15 year old 600cc nail of a Honda.

Glad it makes him happy. But that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

It is quick for a scooter, but how many times can the engine do that time before it goes bang? It must be pretty highly strung.

Usually you put kits on them to get them to 172cc if tweaked they'll run an easy 30bhp and not really be stressed.

Well this is a show scooter so to be honest doesn't really see the road very often at all was built to be passed down to his son one so engine is a bit of a waste!

However the 183 engines are pretty reliable if ran on proper oil etc... they are used on scooter rallys and stuff and are not that highly strung only talking around 30hp or so at the wheel for that sort of time.

They is a Fabrizzi 210 kit available that will hopefully bring 40hp but getting cases to flow properly and it being reliable is still causing a few issues...
