What does it ride like? I'm a two-stroke man at heart, having had the likes of a KR1s etc.It makes mega power from 7 to 9500, so you still have to keep it on the boil.
Handling and braking are excellent, mainly down to the lack of weight.
Jolly Motos improve the low down torque and running.
I wanted one so much, turned up at Galleria in Cranleigh to ride one only to be told it had broken down on another test ride. Memory is a bit shot but I think I had a deposit down, ended up buying an SB6R instead.
Didn't Aprilia announce a RS400 at some point that never materialised ?

All the people with deposits on the v due were offered an sb6r , ironically the v due would have been a better investment despite its failings .Didn't Aprilia announce a RS400 at some point that never materialised ?

I remember that one at Galleria. I went up there to pick up a new Bim and saw it sat outside. I also saw an SB2 in their storeroom- now that is rare. There was also a Due in Guy Martins kitchen if I recall his Speed programmes. (oops didn't read the post above)Didn't Aprilia announce a RS400 at some point that never materialised ?
