best bluetooth headphones for helmet

I'm after some wireless bluetooth in-ear headphones to wear inside my Shoei, just had a look in the Apple Store as a starter. The bluetooth ones look pretty bulky around the ear, incorporating the battery I assume so will be really uncomfortable in a helmet, are there any that have standard size headphones but keep the bulk to the central area where they connect to each other? (if you get me).

Which helmet is it? Cardo do a kit especially for Shoei...

It's a GT Air, thats partly the reason I was looking for headphone though, I don't want a big stick on bluetooth unit on the side of my new helmet.
