Was a great race before the rain - great display of skill and judgement.

It's down to the riders, nothing to do with Honda.

I haven't checked the lap times but I think lots of the passes were because they were ridding at 90% due to the conditions getting iffy - Marc was sat bolt upright on the bike most of the time he and dani were swapping the lead.

Cal having a bike work for a full race.

And a great fight back from Smith as well, after he got pushed off wide entering the bus stop on lap 1 or 2 and dropped to 20th. Beating his team mate for 5th.

I can't believe I'm saying this, well done crutchlow.

Do the teams run computer simulations like f1 as to the odds if it rains and you come in early compared to later and how much time its likely to cost you?

Good result for smith and 10th redding pretty decent too.

Crazy race, great to see though. Some woeful team 'management' from HRC though, what on earth were they thinking?

Podium for Espargaro is the icing on the cake for Forward NGM this weekend, they have announced they have got full Yamaha kit again next year, upgraded engine, frame, swingarm and linkage system.
