Wasnt it rumoured to have 230bhp? Cant see it myself, but sure I remember that figure being thrown around.

Either way, styling sounds good, looking forward to pics.

The current models balls out wsbk full beans 1 race only hand grenade engines had 235-240, cant see it being much above 180 if its cross plane crank.

Now, are we talking MCN pleasing BS figures or real world at the wheel figures?

If its Cross Plane Crank, 180 at the wheel is my guess, if its a straight IL4 Screamer then 190 is a possibility.

Yeah totally agree, I can see closer to 190 than 180. I guess the initial figures were there to catch the eye of everyone....

It'll have more power than any of us can use on the road, so is it really that important unless your planning on racing one

Does it have a DSG gearbox option ? What is the expected weight ?

Reality is 170--180 or 190 at the crank makes little difference. The light weight and DSG box is what will swing it for me.

Oh yes and the fact that its a Yamaha so within 15 minutes huge discounts will be available.

I'll say 205 at the wheel (claimed).

But if the H2 is over this, and rideable, then surely BMW and Yamaha are going to take a different angle than just headline performance figures?
