I have a fantastic 1980's 1-piece made by TT Leathers that I haven't worn in years; one size fits nobody, that kind of thing. I used to look like the Michelin man with a slow puncture in it, although it'd probably fit me perfectly now frown
Mostly I wear Hein Gericke 2-piece waterproofs, and I suppose riding a bike with a Vanessa Feltz-sized fairing probably helps biggrin

I've heard very good things about the Alpinestars El Nino recently.

If money was no object and I commuted further than I do, i'd have an Aerostitch Roadcrafter.

I've been using Rev'It H20 over my leather jacket which has kept me bone dry in monsoons and packs up really small. It is also breathable.

Highly recommended!

Generally I use goretex kit but I've been recently using outlast trousers and they have been excellent.

I thought we all wore Baleno waterproof stuff in the 80s?

PS I've been very impressed by the Halvarssons stuff I've used. You'd expect the Scandinavians to know about keeping warm and dry http://www.motolegends.com/accessories/rainwear-wa...

Buffalo all in one tremendous suit for the money. Takes an initial bit of patience to figure out how to get it initially in and out of the bag.
