Must admit I'm disppointed MV aren't going to be there, never had a chance to have a good look at them since they have no dealers in Scotland.
Still, really looking forward to it, anybody that moans should be forced to come to the Scottish Bike show, that would put things in perspective for them.
Have you ever attended the "Carole Nash" one? Same venue. I'd never heard of it until I saw it in the paper.
No, I gave it a miss.
I believe that was the classic show that used to be held at Lanark.

Indeed, but what they won't mention is that at EICMA (I've never been to Intermot) its all trade with no chance of recouping your costs on purchases, it is a great show though ... but I always enjoy the NEC when I go, just view it as a day out with the boys ....
Intermot is a non-consumer show too (ie, there are trade only days, then it is open to the public but there is no selling of stuff)

I ordered mine last night. 17 quid per ticket and you get the choice to have them emailed or posted. It might of been an extra 1.50 for posting I can't remember.

Will be going up on the 30th with a friend. Taking the BMW with full (empty) luggage to see what deals can be had.

That's a good idea...means you can have a few beers. I wonder if other dealers do this? I know my local dealer would never go out of their way to organise anything like that

When I got home from work thre was an envelope from Honda containing two tickets for Motorcycle Live.
Seems I won a competition I forgot I'd entered.
Not exactly a free R1 but better than nothing.

According to the website there's a "test ride zone" and the Yamaha MT tour and off road experience.
people queue up waiting for the doors to open and literally RUN to the test ride zones to sign up. So unless you want to be there 2 hours before it opens you wont get to test ride anything.
