Definitely booking this. Shame it's not the same direction both days, but should still be good.

I will be back at Knockers next year for sure, at the Hottrax round to see Morag & the gang.

Great circuit, great staff and surprisingly good beer in the bar.

Breakfasts are ste though.

This. You'd think a nation that considers a cold chippy from the night before a form of salad would do a lot better at a fried breakfast.

Actually to be fair lunch is just as bad. Maybe worse.

The mac cheese is alright. If a tad overpriced. I brought tupperware tubs of frosties and a bottle of milk last time.

It works for me because I can eat a little bit in between sessions, rather than gorging until completely full at lunch time and then trying to smash out some fast laps. Breakfast cereal and an innocent smoothie throughout the day works better than a big plate of stodgy food all at once at lunch time. Plus its cheap biggrin

I reckon I'll try and get this booked before Christmas, pending some stuff selling on flea bay (anyone want some mint Clover leathers...?). £200 for the weekend is a great price

Bullst.

I'm surprised you haven't mentioned Mark's idea on your "bargain peasant thread".

This ^
Last thing you should be eating is a load of stodge.
Water (lots) and a small bottle (500ml) mixed with rehydrate taken in the morning (before you actually dehydrate!!). Bananas and light foods when riding. Small pasta salad or apples/oranges between sessions etc. Otherwise your body just goes into digestion mode and everything slows down as your body struggles with the stodge.

WARNING - DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS MAN

He's obviously a skinny ghey hipster who doesn't appreciate the benefits a fry up.

I was just taking the piss. I eat wheatabix but I eat them in the house like a normal person. I don't create a pack lunch with them

BINGO!

When youve been in said clubhouse up to, and way past, kicking out time on the saturday night, and warm up is at 8, a fry up is most needed.

Morag was not impressed that i left most of it though,

If you come up and need a place to kip your more than welcome to at mines. It's only a 15 drive away.

You would be On the couch though but I do make an awesome fry up. With hunners of tattie scone, square sausage and haggis.

Offers there to anyone who's thinking about it.

I offer as I know no one will dream of it.

I'm going to be doing Knockhill in reverse direction in May.

I've done the normal way plenty but anything particular to watch out for anti clockwise? Or any tips (apart from don't do it )
