Lots of 'L' plates on 250s and 200s, that 4 month period of waiting to take your test, it sums up the late 70s bike scene in the UK.

After the L plates went I got myself a T160, still 17 and landlord where we went knew it, 750 Triumph and a glass of coca cola.
