Would you report someone who has a video of themselves riding like an absolute cock? Not wanting them to be done for dangerous driving (which it most certainly is) but more just wanting them to get a serious rap on the knuckles before they kill themselves or someone else. Im not talking about 3 figures down a country road, but far more stupid than that.

In one way, its non of my business; in another, they're being absolute dicks and a visit from Plod would do them more good than harm.

If they are taking the complete piss and have a high chance of wiping out a family then game on...

If they are wheelying down a country lane or mucking about with no one else in sight then no, just leave them be.

Have they put the video online? If so, link it up.

Is this someone you know personally? And I'm assuming it's the motorway video. He nearly ended it at least twice on that run, riding like that he'll be a statistic sooner rather than later.

If its someone you know, have a word - "you're a complete and utter fking idiot" should do it, and if not a quick word with the fuzz/images of bikers being splattered into several bits should shock them into seeing sense. The Norfolk video would be a good start.

Yoda.

That motorway riding is completely ridiculous. If that is him, screw him over because no words will get through his head.

If you scroll down, you'll see a video of a biker wheelying past a copper on a dual carriage way, that's actually really funny and not really that hazardous and zero risk to anyone else.

It comes down to time and place, that's all it is. A busy motorway isn't.

Anything other than a semi-serious word by plod will be seen by them as them getting off and they'll find it amusing.

That was fking dire. I know some see bikers travelling fast and automatically assume it's dangerous when it isn't, but you don't get to ride like that for very long before you come a cropper. I agree with the comment above, you won't get him to change his ways by talking to him. Are you sure it's your mate?

Also, how did they not get papped by the average speed cameras? Do you have to travel a certain distance before they measure you? I saw him go through two at least - unless he has one of those flip plate deals.

Ok, well they have to prove it's him first which takes quite a bit of time and effort.

Copy in a letter to the council, local Chief Constable and local paper, they will have to do something about it then and a "word" won't be enough if thousands of people know about it.

Do those cameras not look at your front number plate making them useless against bikes? Genuine question.

They may well do, we don't have them where I'm from.

I imagine this sort of carry on would result in a magistrate's heading so swift your feet wouldn't touch the floor as they took you off to the G4S prison van. But then riding like this a surefire ticket to court, be it magistrates, crown or coroner's.

Darwin will come knocking for him sooner rather than later.

I would have thought if the police actually investigated every 'lolz look at my skilz' driving / riding video on Youtube then they'd never make it back in time for doughnuts or catching murderers.

I'm all for enjoying a bike performance where conditions and circumstances allow, but it's all about mitigating risk of both hurting yourself or others and getting caught.

This guy is doing neither, and coupled with what I'm sure most non biking people would see as racing on the road, he fully deserves to have his licence taken away from him before he runs out of luck.

I'm no angel when I'm on by bike by any means, but This guy is taking the piss.

The fact that he watched that over and thought "I'll upload that so everyone can see how awesome I am" tells me all I need to know.

Report him for his own sake.

I will never understand why morons like these filter through traffic at those speeds. One lane change by one car to get ahead in the traffic and they're dead or a vegetable. It's almost like they trying to kills themselves. Retards.
