Can anyone recommend a pair that would be suitable under some thin MX type gloves?

Battery powered, not run off the bike, able to last a days riding without a charge (hopefully this is possible) and not bulky.

I'm surprised my fingers didn't come off when I removed my gloves earlier.

Keis would be the best. They are thin like inner gloves and will go under most gloves. Gerbing do inner gloves but they are pretty thick for inner gloves and would require you to go up a size or two on your normal gloves.

The keis ones will run off batteries and will do a days worth of riding unless you use the higher settings. Like gerbing, keis now offer a lifetime warranty on the heating elements.

Marvellous, the Keis ones sound perfect.

Cheers Tom.

No problem. Reading that back I feel like I went into sales mode a bit there!

Keis. I use them with the Lithium battery. Really good. The only time I felt the cold through them was at 60mph in freezing fog. I got in with ice on me and the visor frozen in place. Hands were a bit uncomfortable.

In support of those poor French people that were killed last week, I've gone for the heated Furygan gloves. A few reviews of the Keis ones made the wires seem like a bit of a faff, and I would have needed some new 'over' gloves as my Dainese ones are very snug anyway. I'll report back on them if anyone cares....

I care! I'm about to start commuting on the bike so any pointers on how to keep my hands warm are very useful!

They look pretty good. According to the chart the sizes seem to come up big so I'd be interested to know how they fit.

I'm also interested. With the various train fiascoes at the moment I may be back to commuting again and need warmer hands!

My Dainese FMPs are a comfy 2XL, so I went for the equivalent size in these and they are fine.

I had the bods at Sportsbikeshop shop compare with a pair of Dainese gloves before purchasing and their verdict was very similar size-wise.

I have the misfortune of using the Thameslink line in to Blackfriars and this week has been shocking. At least it hasn't rained though so I've had three pleasant rides in.

The Furygan Vents are probably the glove equivalent of Thameslink, they will be returned next week, hopefully to be exchanged for a working pair.

I've posted a short review on a separate thread so will post back there with an update on them and Sportsbikeshop's customer service (which is normally pretty good).
