Fancy going to the 'Ring' this summer.
Thinking of renting a van, sticking the bike in the back with camping kit and making a long weekend of it.

Buy my first bike! Probably a Ducati 796 as I rather like the look of them.

This is a good plan, that was my first euro trip.
I've got 9 days holiday left to take before the end of February, is Spain warm enough for a winter euro trip?
Yes- but more so South than North - current temp.Costa del Sol 15-20C varying and will rise bit during Feb.
Was in Cartagena - South East near Alicante late Feb. last year.was 22-24C all four days- there again this Feb.
Enjoy.

NEED to do a Croft trackday, as I am about 15 miles away from the circuit now.
Want to do a a bit of tidying up to the wife's (already clean) FZR 400 RR, wouldn't mind a 748 or 996 to polish to death and never use. Stick it alongside my 10k miles K1 GSX-R 750 which I don't like using too much either frown

It seems to do this every post now - I have to go back and delete one - is it just me?

Yamaha R6 (2008+)

Usually an Apple product is to blame.

I'm going to get a ferry from Portsmouth to Santander and ride around northern Spain.
This is a good plan, that was my first euro trip.
Maybe I should talk to you before I go?

Off to the Isle of Man for the TT for practice and race week, can't bloody wait.

Then followed by a Euro jaunt in August for a week. Not sure exactly where as yet but probably France/Spain/Italy for a look around, find some nice roads... Or end up in Amsterdam.... biggrin

Also going to do a couple of trackdays. After having 2014 off the bike due to an accident (not on the bike thankfully), I can't wait to make the most of biking this year.

Get my licence as soon as I'm able to, so I can finally come and play with you big boys and girls.

Would love to get a restricted (Of course officer) R6, or if not then an older 400 like a CBR or VFR. Got insurance quotes for a range of bike and they are all well under 700-800 to insure.

Basically, just want to get back on two wheels. biggrin

Get back to riding to work as soon as the frost clears up.
Buy a project and make a little street tracker out of it.

Use the blade more. 1000 miles in 6 months is simply not enough.

Finish putting the 600RR back together after its winter restoration. Decide whether to track it or to rent a bike for trackdays.

Lose weight so that i fit the blade and RR better.

Buy one-piece leathers once i've lost weight.

Change the bandit for something more interesting for long distance stuff - Hayabusa, ZZR1400 or an older blackbird (still miss mine).

Go touring in scotland with my dad, possibly with him on the bandit's replacement, and me on the blade.
