1000s are just for people who aren't skillfull enough to extract pace from a 600 smile

Yes, I'm trying to get them to teach me!

You have no upped the stakes though. I have to try and find a way to get the bike to 102db with no loss of power, before April!

I love it when a plan comes together.

But seriously boys, ....George , you bought the bike from Al. Naylor didn't you ? He managed sub 102db with it still going well as I remember , I have his number if you don't have it any longer - and a few days in Cartagena should allow a little bit of simple experimentation with plenty of other knowledgeable people around with similar bikes ?

I did buy it off Al, but it has never been 102. I'm good mates with him, I've known the bike since he bought it from team Haribo. He got black flagged at Oulton when he went out as an instructor on it.

I don't know if the exhaust has to be run in or anything after having it repacked? It hasn't made any difference so far, but I haven't been out on it yet.

As much as I'd love to be part of the fun, it's a long way to go for me for a track I don't enjoy

Oh, and I haven't got a bike anyway.

I'm sure it will be a good laugh
