No, but the best description would be that the bike was attacked by a group of first year schoolkids armed with lots of silly string.
There must've been 50 metres of fabric and at least 8 ratchets traps tied to every conceivable point, yet the bike still moved about on its own.

It's clear why you were frustrated with the group! It seemed like a constant rolling road block!
I booked into the wrong group, I only have myself to blame. Besides it wasn't that bad i was high, tried and new to the Track. It was still the best day I've had on two wheels. Can't wait to go back in summer. Biker's Nemesis said:
I am pleased that all seem to have got on, that's the thing on forums, people seem totally different to what they are in the flesh.
Absolutely! I nipped over on the Saturday too and met MTB and Jazoli briefly. A great bunch and a great days riding on the Friday despite the incidents.
Hoping to meet more of you guys over the next year now my trackday virginity has been taken!
Shame Croft is all booked up.

There will hopefully be a Donington one later in the year. As good as Oulton is, I think Donny just pips it as the best bike track in the UK. I haven't been to a rands GP though and know that's definitely up there challenging too. I nipped over on the Saturday too and met MTB and Jazoli briefly. Alex, at the point when you're meant to be braking, try to concentrate on actually pulling the brake lever towards the bar, instead of blipping the throttle and hoping the winds resistance will pull the brake lever for you.
Or alternatively buy some pazzo rip off levers and let the bike do it all for you, it can lead to unpredictable results but might be worth a try mckeann said:
Limp wristed, arthritic gays have more strength when pulling the lever. And the front end pogo's up and down when you blip.
You quite finished? I don't remember saying I was rossi, and to be fair I'm always behind traffic in that video. Whats the point on slamming the brakes on last minuTe curlie467 said:

To be fair I'm surprised you didn't fall asleep on track, so good work!
It didn't seem that bad in novice on Friday, when I got used to the bike then the majority were easy to pick off. Learned a lot from following one guy though which was good!Edited by Yazza54 on Monday 2nd March 09:43
