I probably wasn't any quicker than on the Srad when it dried out, maybe in a straight line..!
Just wasn't comfortable at all, hate the riding position (not that my poor body positioning helps), weighs a ton and generally don't have any desire to jump back on it.
Body position can be sorted by changing rear set position and bars etc. Just wasn't comfortable at all, hate the riding position (not that my poor body positioning helps), weighs a ton and generally don't have any desire to jump back on it.
As for weight, the Mille is only a few kgs heavier than a 600 supersport.
If the suspension is poked, it would definitely feel weighty and cumbersome.
Bike set up is vital and what the PO had is no guarantee that you'll like it.
Try getting the suspension sorted out with correct springs and a refresh.
Then play with things like raising the bike to raise the CoG to promote turn in etc.
Then remember that it's not a screaming IL4 and needs to be ridden in its torque.
Alternatively, sell up, cut your losses and get a screamer
