That red/white/blue 92 Blade looks fantastic,can't believe I got mine 23 years ago,feeling old!
Never understood the love for the Urban Tiger, each to their own.
I've always liked the Urban Tiger scheme. Whilst there is no denying that it's just silver 'n' brown, it's a little different to the other colours of the time and certainly more striking than the usually procession of dull schemes they offer these days.

The 90's was a heyday for fantastic colour schemes, as evidenced below (they're not all 'Blades):

etc etc...

Get yourself one of the last carbed models clothed in a scouser shell-suit.

Just the job for chasing Ducatis up the mountain

Maybe it is the scouser in me, but I really like them. All colour schemes seem too safe nowadays.

I've had my rrn for 15 years now and i'd never sell it. Not really a match on paper for the new stuff but everything is fresh on mine (suspension, etc) and point to point it's still plenty quick enough. Something to be said for having a bike you really, really know.

It gets just the right attention from other riders too, a proper classic in the making now imho.

OK, so I bought an original 92 J reg blade. It's pretty clean, although gonna send it the shop to get bits touched up, Yolks and swinging arm machined, forks repainted etc.

Box hill this summer then!
pikkie of the bike.

Aye, I think it's reasonable. and from Honda Dealer with service, New Tyres, Replacement stick exhaust and delivery. Prob another 600 on getting it immaculate which is cool.

Another dude wanted 5.5k for a Jap one. Err not going to happen. Double dollar. They aren't quite there yet.

For a really straight, original one from a dealer i reckon you got it dead right. Enjoy the attention at bike meetings )

Bumped into a chap at the weekend who had a similar colour scheme blade, but it was a 94 reg without the round headlights. Now it was lovely, that's why I went to have a look at it. Turns out he just bought it. 15,000 miles, good nick, few little 'age related marks'.

I asked how much.....He paid £4000 from a guy on ebay. The seller was asking for £4,500 on his advert. I really regret letting one go half that now but fk me that's steep I thought.

Great looking bike, i agree with other comments the black and grey or black and burgundy are my favourite colours.

Enjoy your new bike
