I love a black bike. I want it kinda like the small boy 750 I rented. But with white wheels.

And here's how that bike looked after a few cartwheels on the way into Redgate in July last year

Loon, only you can decide between smooth or ribbed. They both have advantages and disadvantages.

For me, I prefer smooth. When you highside you get a clean release like this:

Good point, I'd better get some good lube too. My Donington launch would've been painful with ribbed.

The only thing Matt salvaged was the engine and that needed cracking to check for gravel first, they found some in there! Everything else was destroyed.

You can see that Lorenzo uses a weird shaped butt plug. For him, a good contact with the bike is key, but when it goes wrong he usually breaks bones.

If your painting the tank it would be nice.

If your not it will look st.

I'd stick with blue and white. It's a great choice of colours.

I'll defibitly be painting the tank I'm not a fan of blue and white. How soon I'll get it done I'm not sure but at some point I will do

He walked away, somewhat to the bike owner's disgust. The story is enough to make anyone's blood boil as the lad claims the front slipped as he applied the brakes. However, The owner was at pitlane exit and as the bike came down the start/ finish straight, he could hear the bike continuing to accelerate and even go up a gear at a point when even the best would be hard on the brakes and going down three gears.

The rider than grabbed the front, locked it and went end over end all the way through the gravel. We reckon the brakes were first applied about 10 metres from the gravel trap and way too late to scrub any speed off, let alone enough to get round Redgate in one piece

What was the outcome for the rider in terms of cost?
