absolutely awesome race...even for that "also ran" Guy Martin who did appear to be trying, but then McGuinness just moved the game on a bit more wink

I see the armchair experts have shut up.
"John McGuinness is too old, overweight and past it"
"Ian Hutchinson is too broken"

Idiots.

What a mega TT, although my thoughts are with the fallen riders.
Roll on TT2016 and maybe a trip to the Classic TT later in the year.

Don't forget the southern 100 post TT races tomorrow too btw.

Exactly. All he needed was a dump and a nap at half-time.

wink

+1 so delighted for Mc Guinness. He showed with authority how good he and the 'Blade really are. I was in the Swan in Parliament square and you could tell he was 'on it'. Massive applause from the crowd at the end of lap 4. Really chuffed for him!

I watched it all from up on the mountain. He was absolutely flying. Well done John.

Fantastic I will be out tonight toasting him with a pint of the black stuff, really pleased for him and outright lap record to go with it, poor Guy Martin breaks the old lap record and does not even get on the podium.

You realise that I am just winding you up ....right?

We were following it this afternoon via the radio and www.

I did think that he had maybe had his day, but I am very impressed by what he achieved and what and the other top riders did today and am looking forward to watching it on the TV later.

Part one of my 15th TT visit:

As always it's the overnight crossing I favour, I see no point in wasting daytime traveling up to the docks or on the water.

We were passed by a lot of bikes on the way up (obviously), they looked cold and wet.

Liverpool Docks

The sun welcomed us as we arrived in Douglas bay

Digs

More to follow, thanks for looking.
