I need some Dzus fasteners for the track bike.

I have some "receptacles" if you will, but I need the studs that slot into these.

I've measured the smallest OD of these and its 6mm, this is the end that's ridged, im assuming for a quarter turn seating purpose.

can people advise just what I need, I realise this might be a bit retarded but I found them very hard to find info online.

so I have the clip on style. I assume the other rivet on style is for brackets and such....

I'm guessing they are all a universal style with varying head sizes and bolt lengths.

Yeah that's about it. The actual fastener is the same for both, the only difference is how you fasten the bracket on. I have the rivet ones.

Are the rivet ones better?

No idea, they have just been on my fairings when they came with the bike.

You can buy a sizing kit from here which you can use to work out which size you need, then you return it and buy the ones you need. Use the code SPEEDY10 to get a 10% discount too, I don't know how the prices compare to elsewhere, but unless you're buying loads it won't cost you too much anyway.

River ones better as they don't drop off or move, but a pain in the ass to fit. Push on types I bought from RS online worked just fine & available in different sizes/grip lengths.

I've used the Speedy Fasteners "Sizing Kit" before and it was very useful and simple to sort out what I needed. Ended up keeping the sizing kit just incase I needed some different sizes ever. Their prices seem to be the cheapest around as well
