The Rev Counter is populated by a bumcph of old farts, whose lives didn't turn out quite as well as they hoped, so they spout their thinly veiled bitterness as intellectual wibble on therewww.therevcounter.com

Visordown is a bit of a host town, since some upstarts got on there and had a bit of fun
Don't know anything about the others.

For the London folk, this is a good forum.

I frequent Bike Chat Forums a lot, like that one a lot.
Got my own little blog: http://www.beginnerbiker.com. Dunno, you might like it, or you might find it boring as fk.

I don't really venture outside of PH (luckily enough), but I do find model specific forums very interesting. Even when you don't need anything, you see people doing clever mods/nice aftermarket stuff,...
And when you do need anything (better lights, new seat, ...), there's usually at least half a dozen people who can give you their own experience and pictures.

... having actually met some of them mate I think you'd be rather surprised. Some of them are really genuine people... some tts as well but then we've plenty of them on here too... RemaL said:
