No, not the dreadful magazine but a new game. I know it should be posted elsewhere but hey. Seems to have been off my radar but sounds and looks the business.

Hopefully a decent bike game to match tourist trophy all those years ago by Polyphony.

It looks good but will probably be crap, like every other bike game unfortunately, I've had them all and the physics have never been right, hoping to be proved wrong of course.

Nonsense. Alien isolation was awesome and that was on ps3.

The fact that it's made by milestone will mean it's craps...and I'll still buy it anyway like a wally. They always release broken games then move straight onto the next project so it never gets fixed. Moto gp 14 had so many good things about it but the bits that were broken make it basically unplayable. Not that I get any time anymore.

If it's as good as Tourist Trophy then it should be great. But unless I hear reviews of it being the best biking game I can't be arsed as all other motorcycle games are pretty piss poor

That looked like the A494 dropping into Ruthin.

I've preordered it. I miss riding so much having not ridden through winter this year, and it'll give me some motivation to get my studying done so I can veg playing it instead!

I hope it's good - there hasn't been a good bike game since Tourist Trophy. I play MotoGP 10/11 sometimes but it's not great, and not the same as "riding" a selection of dream road bikes like on TT.

Gameplay footage back in Oct Nov time looked awful, really jerky transitions, but it looks a lot better now having watched some more recent clips, so i'm looking forward to it!

I preordered from Game, so will get the early R1s and R7 DLC pack... same price as Amazon so may as well.

Ride PS4 Gameplay Bandai Namco Showcase 2015: http://youtu.be/0ALLVn4CCUc

Found some gameplay footage of it and I'm not sure what to make. Visually it looks good. Sounds pretty good too. Although physics look iffy in places. Cant comment on damage either as it could be a switchable option and the player in control is fecking gash at it.

Bike racing games are impossible.

Even the F1 games with all the aids off on a joystick are impossible.

I nearly spent 300 quid on a wheel and pedals as the frustration of how far games have moved on far out weighs the feedback or performance from a joystick.

Might be worth a go. Something a bit different.

As I thought I remembered, the physics looked much worse back in Nov - they've improved it a lot.

Yes that is a shame, but I wasn't expecting it - I don't know of a simulator with it?

Can always hope it may be developed and released as DLC in the future if demand high enough.

Last time I complained about a game my ps4 got hacked and sony made me liable for it. I reckon if you've never ridden a motorbike, this RIDE game will be excellent. If you've ridden a motorbike, the technology isn't there in gaming to produce a decent representation of riding a bike. Even if they use the six axis thing for leaning it will still feel completely unreal.

To be honest until they can replicate that sphincter puckering adrenalin rush as you visit the scenery video games will be no substitute for the real thing.

Agreed, however this is more for those days when the weather(or the man)is not up for the real thing
