There is a discount code for bsb tickets At the Knockhill stand. If you could get that it would be great. As far as I see they only have discounted the mackenzie days not normal track days.

No special deals that we could find, just regular advanced purchase discount on BSB tickets and zero off trackdays unless via Trackday Club (£49) to get 10% off your fees. Neily Mac discounted to £175 (£50 off).

Ah thanks anyway. How was it.

I've heard the usual mixed reviews ranging from it was utter ste I'll not be back to it was alright and we have to support it as it's the only one we have.

First time there and i thought it was ok. Just ignored the drill bit and peg sellers and went straight for the 2015 line up and the classics. There was a proper circlejerk around the new ninja H2 and for some reason the KTM's.

I didn't understand why the clothing sellers were doing so well. A lot of helmets were getting purchased but the prices were nothing special.

Here is some of the classics.

I always assumed the internet hasn't reached a lot of Scotland yet.

I was looking for a lid when I went a few years back and found a hizzy lid there, it was a large but he said he could make it fit my medium head.

I asked how much, £560.

Ok will you do it for £500, no but we will fling in £60’s worth of extras.

Ok, don’t fling in the extras and do it for £500 and I’ll take it.

No chance, the extras aren’t worth £60 to us.

Wait, hold on, you just told me they were.

Eh, well the helmet price is due to go up this season in line with the others to £600 so if you don’t buy now it will be more.

So your inflating the price of a lid that’s at least 5 years old that should be “past” its shelf life according to you guys and the manufactures, but its ok because you need to punt it.

Oh self-life only starts the day you buy it.

So will you do it for £500.

No.

Ok, bye.

Yeah it's a bit crap. As I was saying to you in Brum, I think it's all a bit outdated now as they can't compete with the interweb.

I'm willing to pay a bit more in person in a shop, but not at a market stall.

Oh i forgot to mention leather waistcoats......leather waistcoats and beer guts everywhere. Also i thought the ponytail was gone the way of the dodo, but it was alive and greying in full force at this show. The Carole Nash girls balanced it out a little though smile

It was the stench of stale body odour I found the most unpleasant when squeezing between the beer guts the last time I went (several years ago).
