hi all, am aware that there a few companies out there now that transport motorcycles.

Am after a recommended firm to,transport a bike from Scotland to the Midlands.

Thanks!

I've used shiply before. Not a company as such, more a website to post up what you need doing and shippers/men with ven can offer to bid you for the work and you take it up with them. Had a boat moved across country for £450 and a track car moved about 150 miles for £90. If you're flexoble, you can sometimes catch someone coming back from wherever with a empty van who'll give you a decent price.

In the same vein, anyvan does the same thing, I used it for a house move a couple of years ago and will be using in again in a weeks time for another house move.

You basically put in what you want moving, from where and to where and when and you'll get a load of quotes. You don't have to accept any of them, but gives you another option.

I was looking for the same thing last year and through searching for recommendations on here and elsewhere I got a quote from this company and would have used them if I'd decided to buy the bike I was looking at:

in the end it didn't come off so I never actually used them but true to their website I got a quote within 2 hours even though I'd submitted the request at about 8pm.

I have used this guy and they were great, he collects and stores so that he can combine loads to keep the cost down. Advertises on Ebay I have pasted details.

Please call Scott on either 0800 118 2711 or 07956592177 if you have any questions regarding this listing.
