Srob..

We covered a lot of miles. We left around 9.30/10 every day, stopped for fuel, the occasional coffee, to look at something, and a light bite for lunch. WE didn't hang about. Stopped riding by 4 - 6 each day, earlier when it was raining! We could have spent far more time stopping to look at stuff.

To do the whole island and take it easy then yes two weeks. I'm told that the whole NE and NW coast is stunning and worth the time. The E coast down to Waterford is a bit nothingy, but the Wild Atlantic Way really is well-thought through, and the app has accommodation and activity links built in.

Take good rain gear! I had an old SIDI suit given to me, and I'd patched it with duct tape. Not clever...

I enjoyed the north east coast section I done. Not the greatest road but nice views.

Love the photos. I really enjoyed southern Ireland I could leave northern Ireland. It's like Scotland, full of vile.

Funny enough myself and a few mates are doing a 4 day down west coast Ireland on friday week.

It's quite handy when you live in the north though.

We're concocting our plan to do the full lap within a couple of years.

How long do people reckon you'd need to do that? Based on being on a modern/reliable bike and a fairly gentle pace. I reckon a couple of weeks, allowing for stops and hangovers?

Glad you enjoyed it OP smile
At least two weeks if you want to do much more than just ride.

Cheers. I've done quite a bit of motorcycling over there, and have pretty much been to all the biggish places (and many not so big hehe) just really fancy joining the whole lot up.

I reckon maybe allow more than two weeks then scratchchin
