Couple of pics from Anglesey last week.
Great track - just a shame it's so far away !
How would you rate it on track? There were a couple (blue) ones at Snetterton yesterday and they didn't appear to be going too quick.Great track - just a shame it's so far away !
Cadwell so far - got the front wheel up on the mountain. Felt like 6 feet, prob 6mm; a little bit of poo came out. I'm at the slower end of novice here, a guy binned it trying to out brake me and low sided, there's also one particular guy who seems to enjoy cutting folk up. Oh and another guy tried to go round the outside of me at the end of the start/finish straight - went cross country but amazingly kept it upright and re-joined the track. There's also a guy who seems to just be on a cruise round the circuit on a Kawasaki adventure bike - random but h3 stays off the line so no biggie!

Enjoying it?
Yes - it's fun but physically demanding, far more than any other circuit I've been on. The group is reasonably quick but there are a couple of right knob jockeys. I'd also prefer to have my tyre warmers, as it feels like I'm going to low side when I lean at first (mental not real) You'd like it here, the "paddock" is like a gypsy campsite. Caravans, battered transits and kids/dawgs running around everywhere.

Very tight and twisty but good fun
Wasn't busy there either so plenty of space on track and in the pits.
Plus no noise regs so the baffle was out
The bike is great yeah!
feels much stronger at low revs compared to my '14 R1.
Much more nimble feels like you're riding a 600.
This was the first time I'd tracked and only just run it in, so was taking it easy but I'm at Rockingham soon so I can compare the lap times against the old R1

I personally thought they were in the wrong group (as were a good few in the fast)Here's one from yesterday that went a bit faster than the rider could cope with
The guy appeared to be okay though

Fleegle - were you taking a pic of that guys bum?
Oh so now I've been told off by one of the marshalls for not wearing gauntlet gloves. And told to remove my suction cup mount for my camera, even though he couldn't pull it off.
I'm trying to hold my revs going over the mountain, but I bottle it every time the front starts to come up. Doesn't seem that many in Inters or Fast pop a wheelie either. The rest of the circuit I know all I have to do is carry more speed and just lean more, a lot of them falling away from you means it's taking me a while to build up to it!

Ouch, your heart bleeds when you see stuff like that.
No-one likes to see someone crashing, but without being heartless, I have little sympathy for people who select the wrong group and come a cropper. Yes it's a nice bike and no reason why it shouldn't be on a trackday, but when will these guys realise that fast bike does not equate to fast rider
He came off at Palmer. Anybody who knows Snetterton will know this isn't a difficult corner. It's almost like he got target fixation on the back of the café

Cold tyres first left hander? Not a difficult corner though.Yes it's a nice bike and no reason why it shouldn't be on a trackday, but when will these guys realise that fast bike does not equate to fast rider

I was going to ask him if his uber tyre warmers were any good as they are £99 on ebay. I'm guessing not.
