Imodium!
This is the only advice I've seen from you that's bad ha. I had a bit of the squits once , took two Imodium and I didn't go to the toilet for 5 days. I felt so Ill just from being so blocked up.
I go for asda's own brand, they are the same thing and a fraction of the cost. Top tip.

Some people with a race licence wouldn't keep up in inters. It's no qualification of anything, just provides an entitlement to race be on a bike at ACU meetings/test days.
I have a race license and I could barely keep up in inters on Wednesday. Was ridiculously slow.

Although it was the first time I rode a bike for 3 months after my accident. Wasn't expecting to be as slow as I was, never been like that before despite plenty of other crashes.
Bit different coming back from a nasty crash. Hope you're healing well.

Getting there, a bit achy but just need more time on track to get the confidence back.

I think you are doing yourself a disservice Loon. You look good out on track, nice and smooth and your times are good!

Just enjoy it now and relax.

Phil Crowe overtook me over the mountain on Tuesday. Literally he was behind me at the bottom and past me by the top. It was ridiculous how much faster he was.
