Yeah I've been before and it's definitely the most physical track I've been to so far.

Wish they'd get rid of the chicane though, seems a bit pointless to me.
That's a permanent fixture after Kagayamas crash. It's st but needs must.

No photos as of yet and there won't be any with me with the front wheel in the air. I hate wheelies.

Donny August 26th road bike only day.
I'm booked up with 4 mates.

Cannot wait but slightly cacking it thinking that it's a bloody fast track!

Anyone else likely to go?

Yes. Gulp.

It's got half the normal level of bikes and the groups are "Very Novice", "Novice" amd "Inters". Expectation is that it will be novice friendly and few normal TDers going. A track is only as fast as you ride it and the two awkward bits are both slow hairpins.

I'd be up for it if someone can help me bring my bike. I still need to source a tow bar and trailer.

Track bike buying is out for the moment unless i can get something circa a grand.

Enjoyable Snetterton eve session for me last night, shame about the Red flags in all 3 sessions I had so not much time on the track, especially as there were only 2 groups.

Chap there on his new R1, good to see them being put to use, 1800 miles and 3 track days, the tyre was shredded before he started, it was very fast and sounded awesome with the Akra on it and pretty much left everything for dead. He was pretty handy on a bike and commented on how good the bike revved and handled, how good the traction control was and also the wheelie control. I want one!

Alright Loon I probably should have said more anxious at spending larger periods of time on the throttle compared to Anglesey (the only track I've ridden thus far)

It's a road bike day. Ride your bike there! It's what me and all of my friends will do.
Extra incentive to keep it shiny side up and not be a knob

Ride it there. That's what I'm doing. It's a roadbike so use it on the roads to get there!
