Good lad. I've a bit more than dusting off cobwebs to do to mine
How bad is the damage? I'm not bothering changing anything on mine. I'm going to strip it all back in winter and use all the spares that I've collected then.
Before I even start stripping it down, I know the following is a bit… err….bent

Exhaust
Rearsets
Clip ons
Front brake
Throttle tube
Seat unit
Screen

Tank is dented and I need to check condition of fairings…they might be salvagable

Oh crap. That does sound a bit pricey, weird how fairings cost the least out of everything, when it's the opposite on a roadbike.

Tony

I guess motoforum.net's for sale section is your best bet there. It may also be worth a call to the MSS guys (Colchester) as they may have parts from older model team bikes they no longer require. I know this is the case with Shaun Miur's team, etc.

Is yours the ZX10? A friend might have some spares bits knocking around as he sold his race bike and i don't think has any intention of getting another.

R6 Cup bikes were very fast for stock/standard/showroom spec shall we say.

Tony, hope your tank is OK. Heard they don't crash well & very pricey & hard to find replacements for.

Fair enough. That makes it even more interesting as their lap record round Donington was 1:42ish and Joe was doing a 1:44 (give or take obviously) on a definite roadbike with 2010 plate still attached, although the Esses have changed a bit since the Cup days.

It would. I'm seeing him later, so can ask.

Not personally, but a friend had has '07 blade tanked repaired and I can't see any signs of a repair (large dent in the side of the tank prior to repair).

Cheers Fergus, that's good enough for me. I'll give them a try.

I was thinking it looked sort of familiar.
