The NL are a laugh....I was at a briefing the other day and 'stalker' was doing the briefing....he constantly kept taking the piss out of Suzuki's.....'when you break down on your Suzuki pull to the right side of the track, away from racing line' 'if you see an oil flag, look out for the broken down Suzuki' etc etc.
IMO Suzuki's never break down!
Did the same at Snett a few weeks back. Ducati's day one, Suzuki's day two... he must ride a yam!IMO Suzuki's never break down!

Get yourself a proper sports massage. I have a bit of a bad back/neck and although the it will eventually get there on its own, I can speed it up massively with half an hour to an hour of sports massage type work (not the candles/lotion or happy ending type massage)
I'll have a look into what's local. I've had a bad lower back for a while but funnily enough that's one of the only places that doesn't hurt. Do no sports therapists do happy endings?? Seems like a gap in the market

Did Croft yesterday, cracking day as it was warm and bone dry the whole day.
Highlight of the day was a mate crashing a borrowed CB500 at the hairpin (all fine and fixable).
https://www.facebook.com/gareth.mould/posts/101016...
(will upload it to youtube later if facebook link doesn't work).
MTB wasn't kidding though - it is bloody bumpy! Especially in the back section. But quite a fast circuit and interesting enough that it took me all day to get my times consistent. Though somehow I did 1:49 in the morning, then got slower before getting down to 1:50s in the last couple of sessions. No dramas, but I felt I was going faster as the day went on!
I think after 9 (!!) trackdays, my rear has finally seen it's best days. Slipped a couple of times, especially turning right.
I've also just sold my S1000R so right now have no road bike. So not sure where and when I'll get my next fix!

(yes, I'm fat and don't get off the bike! )
Grass tracking, cos I needed that extra 50mm of track...

yeah i was fine cheers. Luckily although it was a crash it wasnt a proper crash. I just ran on and then fell off in the litter so i didnt hit any tarmac or barrier. Just an eye opener at how quickly things can go wrong from a little mistake at speeds. I love oulton. I'm back there on July 6th
Oulton is a great track though, although i didnt realise how physical it was gonna be compared to a lot of other tracks

I will probably be popping along on the Sunday to watch a mate race his 888 (assuming it's still functioning on the Sunday) and a few doing the Lansdowne series.
I'm guessing non-shyte weather will feature highly in my decision to go.
