They changed my oil and filter and spilt oil all over the what wrap so pulled over for all the smoke

Then the throttle wasn't returning to the stop when I released it so not good to ride.

Then when they fixed that they made it so I got full throttle if it was twisted either way. That wasn't good.

Check (or get them to check) that the throttle grip isn't rubbing the edge of the throttle housing. I had that on my old R1, throttle was very slow to close. I pulled throttle grip down, and then relockwired it in position. Sorted

stty death, that don't sound good!

I know min my CRF that regular throttle free play adjustments are needed to ensure no throttle binding, but when it is closed, it IS closed!

Better luck today, chap.

Today is officially a disaster. My head has completely gone. So much so that even dropping TL Inters to try to get some confidence back saw me becoming a rolling roadblock

Not good and it's decision time for me by the end of the month as I'm riding very poorly.

Stop being a big poof. The only decision to be made is who else is going to look after your bike prep.

A thousand miles on track and road in a weekend.

I'm just in after 7 hours up the road, pizza hut is shut, KFC is st, the chipy is shut, and after a dozen buggers and chips I don't want a mcd's so this is my tea.

I'm away to my lovely bed with the electric blanket set to three. I'm going to burn that fking 60 quid tent as I never want to lay on the grass surrounded in a fancy carrier bag ever again.

I had a great day, good to see Loon, Hebegb and MTB.
Looks like everyone had a good time other than Loon who had a mare and definitely looked like a broken man which was not good to see so I hope you sort out whatever is wrong quickly Simon! If you need a hug then let me know. wink

Oh yeah, someone scratched MTBs new paint job, he was not a happy bunny! furious

After a whopper of a slide on cold tyres and cold track I settled down and rode well I thought, still went in novices due to it being a new track but in reality was too fast for that group, my mate John crudely timed me on a busy track doing 1.50 laps which he says is ok but I haven't a clue really, never even seen the circuit before and while it is a good track to ride, there are a few fiddly bits which took a bit of getting used to and it wasn't until a random fast guy turned up and I tagged onto him that I realised my line round it was a bit iffy. After that it all felt much better, the bike performed flawlessly and the weather was great!

Nice to see some of you again!

1.50 on an Oulton trackday isn't novice pace! You'd be in the middle of the fast group on most days.

Your confidence is shot as the bike is st.

Drop it off with me and let me sort it out properly. This is why nobody touches my bikes. Bloody mongs.

Glad most had a great day. Was the weather as nice as it was inland? We saw 20degrees over the weekend. Proper summer weather.
I love Anglesey except that last corner. I hate how the pit entrance looks like it's the corner and then the two big holes in the tarmac where you think you should be
