Was a well worn one already John, close to both edge wear markers and most profile gone on right prior to learning way round Snett in the earlier cooler part of day , played with pressures a little and it started to tear as I got up to a little pace - stuck those old Pirelli ( Dragon)slicks on later and got going but damage was done ...
Steve - tell me what you see if you're out there ...!
I wasn't being serious Grahame, I wuz only pulling your leg. xxx
I know -I've just remembered - we have our own - UK based, schooled by Steve, in- house expert in the shape of Scott- so if I bring the tools ( not Loon and co..) he can sadistic slag me ... I mean static sag ...

Just about have it done, just the fairings to fit.

I am sick of the sight of bikes, I'm looking forward to some office work again.

Hahaha - it won't last !! Good load of work you've done in a couple of evenings - I'm always amazed when I have a deadline and a mission on in what you can do when you have to , but then I seem to see 2am on the garage clock come round ...!

I know amd looking forward to seeing it. It just seems that someone has to be on a trackbike to make it an official meet for us all now.

Fitting the Arrow full system nearly had me head butting the garage wall, what a pain in the arse that was.

It does look good though and at only £1500 with 2 end cans does seem to be value for money compared to other brands.

Right, leave pass for Sunday morning sorted. What's the plan? Anyone have a scooby doo?

Will be travelling from East yorks so will need coffee/fuel/pee stops in copious quantities.

Sorry, I'll be on an ancient "Gixxer", so will take my deserved place at the back/in the stocks.

Bet its not as old as mine, no idea what the plan is as far as Sunday somewhere, I don't live that far from where we'll probably be meeting so I'll leave it up to the others to sort out.

Anything planned for the 13th/14th weather permitting, wanted to make this Sunday but unavailable. Now I'm back to using car daily, need to get out on bike.

I'm not messing about as it'll be the first ride in a long time so up at Devils Bridge for 10ish then on from there would be my suggestion. I can't see you sitting at the back either, Mr Champion.

There's fuel within 2 miles of db. If your coming the 'old way' from skipton it's just after db. If your coming off the motorway towards Kendal it's just before. Big bp garage you can't miss.

Be carefull of the middle toilet at db. I've walked in on two women now, one of which was having some sort of bowel issues that made my eyes bleed. I don't think it locks properly. Well it opened quite easily with the crowbar anyway.
