I'll be at Devils bridge Sunday if anyone's around. I won't be Straying far from there as I doubt Itl even be 10 degrees but I'm taking out two guys that haven't been riding long so Just a potter over for a butty and coffee.

What time you going to be there Tim? I will pop up for a brew and a chat, I'll probably be in the car as I haven't quite worked out how to fit a numberplate to my bike yet.

We're setting off from huddersfield at 8 and were going the long way so well be there by 10ish and probably stay an hour ish.

I need to buy a C spanner for my rear shock ? Do Bill Smiths sell that sort of thing ? Or you know of anywhere else that would be open tomo that do ?

Be careful cops were all over the A49 down that way this afternoon. Un marked cars, bikes and a Van. Also on the other side of the raven so I got told.

This new bike is bad luck for me Ridden it twice, pulled twice.

No didn't come with one.

I noticed this morning the handbook gives you some settings so thought id just see what the bike is set to at the moment. Glad I did as they were all pissed up ! 3 clicks different on the forks and shock is set on the hardest setting thinking about it might even be beyond that ( you can hardly push the back end down ) After having a ride today its seriously wrong the back end is skipping about. Fecker tried to buckaroo me over the handlebars when I went over a dip on the road.

Plan to knock it back to stock for a short while get used to the bike then when I change rubber get it set up properly for me then.

Set the rebound and comp screws back to standard, then setup preload for your weight.

I ran my rear damper preload on setting '5'

Yeah that is what I was going to start off on. Probably need to go a bit more than that for me with my beer belly. I will get it sorted. Well happy with it apart from that.
