Its a popular route but I like to keep quiet where I go and watch BN pull wheelies and Loon Speed.

Yep. I'm in. Need to be back for 5ish as need some food ahead of a heavy session that night, but that's it.
Cool will give you a shout tomorrow, anybody else want to tag along? no newb's or slowcoaches please, being the selfish tt I am I don't get much time for riding bikes so don't want to be endlessly waiting around for folk to catch up winksmile
Agreed. I'm sick of people turning up who are 10 minutes behind us, 5 minutes into a ride

hehe

And yes, this is tongue in cheek, so don't stress it people smile

If you head towards Wales direction I would try to tag along. For about 5 minutes, until I got 10 minutes behind.
If you head north, you're safe, I'm not playing.
North it is then...
Have fun!

Gawd, you even manage a bit complaining when you are smiling biggrin

Besides, slowcoachery is a style I am attempting to master - it is deliberate, I assure you. Duly warned-off.
It's fine it was tongue in cheek as Loon pointed out, it'll be me him and BN as usual I bet you bunch of pussies.

Depending where you are heading I may meet you for a brew but won't be able to make the full day, which is probably for the best!

In all honesty if I wasn't working tomorrow, despite the mileage I've done this week I would have been there... it's always good experience getting towed along by you lot.

Shame you can't make it Scott, if anybody else wants to come out and is not a big girl we'll be meeting at 10am halfwway up the A65, destination unknown but it'll be a couple of hundred mile ride when its all over, BN if you fancy a ride out in the car we'll end up at the usual place eventually for a natter I'd imagine smile

A65?

I've just uncovered the R1 and I can get my foot on the peg for the first time in a month.

I can't bring the RS, its full of Fireblade panels etc.

If you're going up to Hartside I can meet yous up there as the lads were asking if I was out tomorrow.

Yes we are heading off in a different direction as we have done the usual run loads and variety is the spice and all that, I'd hazard a guess at 1-1.30 ish up at Hartside, will give you a shout in the morning once we have set off and drunk enough coffee to kill the alcohol from tonight.

Good to see Loon and Jazoli today. Also got my first ride on a 2015 R1 from Hartside to Alston and back, it went brappppppppp, Brappppppppp, Brapppppppp

Suspension felt rock hard and the brakes didn't feel that good to me but it was comfortable, easy to flick from side to side and went like the clappers.

Had a good ride out today, one thing for certain is that an old Fazer 1000 is much better suited to the average bumpy A and B road than some hot st Hp4rrrrrrrrrr thing.

And I wish all cyclists would just fk off, why can they race on public roads and inconvenience every one else but no one else can? Richmondshire was a complete clusterfk today.

A and B road? You're joking. They were those ste unclassified single track roads, best described as a farm track where someone may have thrown some Tarmac at some point in the last decade or so.
