Unlikely, as the weather looks flaky and typically Easter weekend is when the mongs in hibernation come out on the roads which means chaos so tend to avoid riding over Easter to let it calm down a bit.

I won't be out this year, I currently have no bike and no real plans to buy one, I need a change from ride to DB, up to Hartside and then home, its all got a bit stale for me and I've really gone off road riding, maybe next year

I'm piss sick of riding there and back, I have plenty of great roads where I live so don't need to waste a day for fk all.

Not really, I've been riding 27 years now, I've ridden every road within 100 miles countless times, I'm not doing a 4 hour motorway round trip to ride round Wales, last year I did 400 miles on my own and probably another 500 on group rides with you lot, I'll rent a trackbike for a TD later in the year but I'm honestly not bothered about road riding at the minute, I'm looking for a resto project to tinker with but that'll probably be it for me

I'm out on road for a laugh tomorrow with a couple of lads , may end up at DB , may not - not too worried about who else does what when - don't fear other road users because ithe day has a label or some superstition ,then the same bunch are off to Anglesey Sat night for dinner beer and a potential tea drinking session at a cold wet track ....or maybe even riding !

How often do you guys get up to Hartside Cafe and surrounding area? Moving back to Cumbria (West Lakes) soon and looking forward to seeing a few of the PH track-day folks, and other PH faces on the road.

Thought I'd bump the old thread, it's been a year since the last post, do any of you northern ladyboys still ride bikes? I know Yazza doesn't go more than 10 miles from home because of the fear of blowing up but what about the rest of you? Anyone want to have a nice slow steady ride out?

I'd be interested in tagging along on a ride out, I'm 9weeks into first bike ownership and have very few like minded folk to go out riding with.

Got lots to learn and no-one to learn from!

I would be tempted. North Wales tends to be where a small group of us go on ride-outs once in a while, so would be good to perhaps see other routes we may not have done.

A cracking ride out today ... Over 170 miles for me ... Good to be on some decent roads and great to catch up with Jazoli again ... We were both saying its a shame none of you NW tarts can be bothered anymore ... Too much wind in your manginas boys?
