You can do it. I can meet you at thurrock services at 8:15?
You still on the same number? I'll drop you a text tomorrow and let you know how I'm going with piecing things together. Thurrock is still an hour and a bit away from me.

I'm busy this weekend which is a shame because I'm itching to get the cover of the Multi. Have fun and ride safe

With reference to Loon's comments in the trackday thread, are we bringing our own cucumber sandwiches, or getting take out?

Looks like it's going to be foggy and cold, but if weather outlook improves, I'll come along. Not sure yet if will use Blade or 1198.

Good to meet some new and old faces alike. Tricky conditions in the morning and the councils need shooting for salting the roads, but more fun in the dry on the way back.

I feel an evening of OCD cleaning coming on. Fookin' salt water st frown

Some great hooliganism on the way back with me, someone who rides a red bike and another red bike. No names mentioned.

Great day, thanks for organising it guys. Nice to meet you all. I ended up turning round at the BP garage and doing the route all over again to Haverhill and back. Did 180mi in total today. Fantastic roads around there, just a shame they were so greasy.

Great to see 3DP limiting his front tyre wear on the way back biggrin That thing sounds incredible.

Good to meet you too - Bike is now lickably clean again!

As for limiting the front tyre wear, the M11 was a lot of fun - no bumps and grease to to cause the TC to chime in mid wheelie, resulting those staccato exhaust backfires! smile

Yep, great day out, even if it was bl**dy cold coming round the motorway in the morning! The bike has now been de-brine'd, cleaned, polished and tucked away in the garage.

Great to meet everyone today thanks for organising, would be keen to do some more trips out over the summer though I now want a bike that is a bit more special after seeing some of the others today!
