Give up drinking. I used to blow over a grand a month on the booze when I lived with my gran.

Mind you if you'd ever spent an evening with my gran you'd see why I was in the pub every night.

Mind you if you'd ever spent an evening with my gran you'd see why I was in the pub every night.

Only in jest - you can take it - pardon me , not thinking straight - near death experience earlier getting leathers, kit bag and boots for Sat. out of loft, slipped down ladder, leathers hanger snagged on top rung, I tumble over banister backwards, head first, bounce on head and shoulders, back, all way down stairs onto stone tile floored hallway.....dazed to fk and bit battered, would have been nice for the Mrs. to come through door later and find a cold , broken me on the floor in front of her ....
Dangerous business this motorcycle riding lark......anyway, Dr. Loon prescribed me lots of strong pills and beer so giving it a go right now ....yours, alive with a tennis ball sized lump on my swede...GB.

I quit smoking 18 months ago after 30 years of smoking, apparently I'm saving £4500 a year. That's a lot of trackdays and racing over those 30 years, or more scarily the cost of two M4s or a two bed semi-detached to rent out and generate a nice £550pm.

Cheers Graeme...no , sadly little danger of that , I imagine normal service will be resumed shortly, it's all getting a bit woosey right now, kicking in nicely....and so...to sleep .
