A lad who I used to work with was a fairly good standard of moto cross rider, he was messing about on a Suzuki version on the bog seat. He went to change up a gear but knocked it down one which shot him forward and destroyed his knee on a fairing bolt laugh

I ride a c90 to work daily, its the perfect commuting bike for the trip, lots of filtering and town traffic. Better than the Bandit 1200, GSXR600.

Also have a few mates who have them and we go green laneing, its a great laugh.

Some of the most fun I had on a bike was aged 16 on my Fizzie. We used to overtake eachother laying down, crash twice a week doing stupid stuff but never get hurt. A true biker can have fun on any bike.

The most fun I had on bikes was when we all had 100, 125 and 175cc bikes. One mate had a Honda CJ250 which we thought was huge. Great gangs off us used to head out on a trip and it would be like a WW2 bombing raid.

20 would set out and only 10 would get there because the others would crash or get lost biggrin Nothing serious thankfully. Unfortunately things got hairy and dangerous when we moved on to 750 and 900cc stuff.

Of the bunch of us that rode back when we were 17 only two of us were still riding in our 50s but then I have just sold mine and unsure if I'll get another. The rest are still around although one poor guy did lose a leg after getting t-boned by a car.

Test rode a a cbr 125 for a friend who was new to bikes before he bought it. Was laughing in my helmet all the time. For something thats meant to be 'sporty' it was bolt upright. And i felt like a clown riding it with the size of my stinking carcass.

Would live an MSX 125 just for bombing in and out of work, trips to shops etc but as someone said above, theyre way too overpriced IMO.

You're right, low speeds do quickly become tedious, at least when they're limited by performance and not by your own volition. Still, nothing is quite as thrilling as making a successful overtake on a fast D/C on a 125. The planning, looking in your mirrors for a good gap, waiting for a downhill, a tailwind, pulling out and tucking right down onto the bike and willing it to make the pass...

Two stroke so more powerful than a 4 stroke, but just shows what a good rider can do.

I've recently bought a MSX125, great fun! Decreased my commute time by quite a bit and does 120mpg. I'm 6ft and have no problems with the size smile

Not exactly a 90cc, but a 1988 TZR250 with 50hp. Listen to it scream

Film quality not particularly good....

Its not the size of it that concerns me. Just that i cant find any around my end for less than 2k. Id also be worried slightly about i being nicked of it was parked up in town etc what with how small it is.

The akrapovic system RJ has on his sounds amazing!

I had a Derbi GPR-50 for a while - it felt really fast, until you looked down and were only doing <50mph
