I'm going to give the 899 a run down to Berkshire to look at an E36 M3, albeit i'm still not convinced i want a silver one.
What are the other colour options? Surely it's got be that teal colour the E36 came in?I plan to clear out the garage, so I can make room for a 2nd bike. I have so much junk sitting there, nothing much wrong with a lot of it but will have to be ruthless or end up a hoarder.
Giving the VTR a bloody good service, change of brake fluid, clean calipers, oil and filter change, air and spark plug change, adjustment of the CCT, drivechain, probably won't have time to do any work on the suspensions. I've noticed that the rubber seals are starting to show signs of cracking and will need to be replaced soon. Maybe at the end of the month / May bank holiday.
Oh and a bloody good clean, with S-Doc and ACF-50.
Then there is the RSVR which has been laid up. So a good charge of the battery with the Optimate tonight, followed by lubing up the chain and given it a ride around the block.
That reminds me, i think it's due an MOT soon.

Chased a couple of Multistradas and a Futura for a couple of hundred miles around the Yorkshire Dales on Saturday, bloody fantastic. Traffic was light, initially damp roads dried out, used an entire tank of fuel that will normally last three hundred miles, got the pegs down a few times, upset some pompous Mercedes tosser by queue-jumping at a railway crossing, no kittens died and the ozone layer is still there.
