I know its a joke. I cant imagine many bikes that would pass at 3/4 revs! I have been given the scrutineers number for combe so i am trying to get hold of him!

That's just fking ridiculous... not to mention mechanical strain on the bike.

That won't cause it any problems, especially when it's not under load. My trackbike has spent most of its life at or above those revs and that's under load!
