Spent the day with my old man working on my GPZ550 project. Progress today as the engine came out of the frame.

Arranged a decent sized ride with 2 mates, one was bang on time, another phones to say he'll be an hour late. After much arsing about and a McDonalds, second mate turns up, eventually rolling up 2 hours and 15 minutes late. This meant lopping the whole Kielder leg off our ride, but we still made it up to Hartside cafe, where the late mate got st on by a bird and then dropped his lid. Back down the hill and home. A great day out, not as many miles as expected but some good laughs and some good riding.
