How many miles have you all managed this year so far? I've been out once for about an hour at the end of April. Other than that the weather has been too crap to bother going out. Has anyone else suffered the same?

This will no doubt get spammed by the All Weather Superheroes, but I've got a car so no need to get everywhere soaked to the bone and freezing cold.

Probably about 80 miles smile

But if we measure hours not miles, I'd probably win at my speed hehe

Only been out once this year, also at the end of April. I do shift work, it seems to be all the nice days I'm at work and the ones I'm off it rains. Just call me lucky.

About 4000 miles so far. Mostly country roads. I have had a fair amount of free time and only recently back into bikes after a long break so making up for lost time.

Weather hasn't been that bad. At least in those 4000 miles not many have been in the wet (although quite a bit in the cold).

This year I have managed

300 miles on the 1198 before it got sold

1650 on the Tuono V4R so far

275 on my MV so far

So all in 2200 miles or so. I expect to cover around 5000 miles this year in good weather.

I purchased a new bike in October not expecting to use until April time.

I have managed to use twice totalling 70 miles. It's annoying that I have become such a fair weather rider but I'm sure I will get to use it more over next few months.

I'm at the IOM TT at the moment (in car as have wife and 3yr old son with me) seeing lots of bikes out today in rain. Fair play to them but I only use in nice weather now.

I've done about 700 so far, over half of them on one day, crippled now, won't be doing many more on the current bike.

My bike had 600 miles on when I tucked it away for winter. It's just ticking up to 3000 now I think but I did 1500 of them the other weekend to le mans and back so I've only really done about 800 miles or so this year. The weather really is st so far.

I've been to Rothbury 3 times on my R1 so that's 124 miles.

Ouch, is that bad? I doubt you'll have any trouble shifting it, it looks a pretty tidy example.

I've done about 700 miles this year, I got a late start as I didn't get my bike MOT'd until part way through April. I did try a ride in damp / drizzly conditions that quickly turned into full on rain and it was fking crap. I am quite happy to be a fair weather biker, or at least a dry weather biker. I can deal with cooler conditions early and later in the year, but actually being properly cold on the bike is st, and it's just fking crap when it's wet.

About a thousand. Maybe more.

Annual highland run is in a few weeks, that's the start of the season for me.
