Are you fitting the fairing sliders that look like ally wings? Official Yam ones, quite trick in the flesh.

I have R&G stuff but if they're going to stick out too far I'll go for the Yamaha sliders, crash bungs that stick out too far can cause more damage than if you had nothing fitted.

Raigan has the yamaha ones and they stick out a mile. I have GB racing ones on my ZX10R and they are very discrete

I attended a training course with the FIM to become an FIM Technical Steward over the weekend, just waiting for the results. If I pass both the written and technical part, I will be able to scrutineer at any motorbike event worldwide and technically inspect and pass /fail the race bike and riders gear.

I do like those - simple - effective, light. Fits just about any bike too so not just Honda.

Looking good, is it a chore to run in or an enjoyable enough getting familiar with it experience?

Ah, I clicked sumat and ended up on the PH video page!

Sounds very gruff and looks great in the black, enjoyed the wee burnout but next time, somewhere more public or indoors...biggrin

As BN just commented on the vid - I know crap wheelies, but the trip was to test the GoPro and that mount and get some good sound. I tug up wheelies on bikes that don't naturally do it (Speed Triple needs clutching up in 2nd ideally) and didn't want to do my back before the big trip.

I'll do a more hooligan one on my return to finish the hateful Metzeler Racetec K3s on there and get some 2nd to 4th rear wheel action. smile

Managed to get out late this afternoon for a quick blast and stopped for a quick cup of tea and natter with some regulars. Roads were busy so not much fun.

I do. Here's what it's thinking:
You're good. You're really good. My previous owner never rode me like that. Sit back, take a sip and enjoy the F1 qualifying highlights from Monaco - you've earned it, big boy.

No actually you're right. It's thinking; Wanna go play!

Some nice machines on the seafront at Aberystwyth yesterday, this in caught my eye in particular. Don't know much about old bikes but this was immaculate. I like the mechanism for adjusting the rear suspension too smile
